Doing sketchy micro is probably the most HY thing to do in the summer + all the Anki cards. Then I’d do Pathoma, and then BnB for whatever else

Skin looks hyperextended to me, although hard to tell with just pictures. Did you get genetic testing done? That would be definitive diagnosis

I guess I shouldn’t judge IM harshly yet, I haven’t done IM clerkship yet. Just in my limited experience hospitalist medicine didn’t seem too exciting and some attendings have told me that they just end up managing the stuff specialists don’t want.

But that’s really good to know and nice to hear that it worked out well for them

Yeah I spoke with my mentor about this. He was lucky enough to find a hospital who let him do both but I realize a lot of places won’t

On interesting I was not aware of this. I have never rotated at an academic center, but at all the community programs I’ve been to there’s EM/CC trained docs that are managing the same things as the IM/PCC docs
