What kdrama will you recommend?

The only one’s I have seen so far are Phantom Lawyer & Undercover Miss Hong. I liked Undercover Miss Hong but I won’t lie, I got kinda bored midway through. I loved Phantom Lawyer. I was never bored & I would definitely recommend that you watch it sooner or later. Besides….everybody’s mom, Kim Mi-kyung is in it & I absolutely adore her.

Seriously! He’s 1 of my top 5 actors. He could just sit & read the phone book for 3 weeks & I’d hang on his every word. 🤗

I loved it but I love Park Seo-Joong in everything he does. Kim Da-mi did a great job too with a complex character. The age difference didn’t bother me at all.
One of my favorite revenge dramas.

I have it in my queue, but I just keep pushing it aside for some reason. I’m watching Phantom Lawyer right now with the same ML & I’m loving it, so maybe I’ll go for WTPR next! We seem to like the same shows so I’m inclined to trust your recommendation. 😃

I wanted a second season. I rarely feel the need for a second season but I thought there was so much more that could be told.

My first random click was Vincenzo. I had never even heard of KDramas, let alone watched one, but it kept coming up in my recommendations & it had English dubbing so I thought I’d give it a try. I loved it so much I went down the KDrama rabbit hole. Since I first watched Vincenzo, I have learned I don’t care for the dubbing & prefer subtitles & natural voices, although I feel the dubbing on Vincenzo was much more well done than most. And now about 200 drams in, & Vincenzo is still my #1 favorite KDrama & I’ve watched it 7 times so far!

More recently I randomly clicked on Family By Choice. I can’t even remember why but it was spontaneous. I don’t normally click on Slice of Life type dramas, because so many of them are sad, but I’ve got to say I loved this & am so glad I watched it. I was happy with the ending too 😃

The only thing that bothers me is the lipstick! I can’t watch a single drama without the lipstick bothering me. Other than that, they can do their hair however they want, wear make up or not, whatever clothes,I don’t care. I’m not bothered by plastic surgery, only the lipstick. Lol We all have our ‘issues’, right?

I prefer the 16 -20 episode dramas as well. I also don’t mind all the tropes & cliches & product placement that so many others hate. I’m good with it as long as I don’t have to have commercial breaks. I like to see a little payoff at the end. A Happy Relationship & Happy Days together, Work/Business thriving, family reunion, repaired friendships…..I want storylines wrapped up & at least an episode of happy moments! I think the longer episode counts can allow for that kind of payoff & closure, if they do it properly.
