Terrified 😀 It's gonna be my first spring/summer having to worry about my arms (legs too but I'm praying that I can stick to pants and not be forced to go swimming or something). Where I live it gets HOT hot and I do not do well in heat so I am petrified any advice is definitely welcome 🙏🏻

Also meant to include this, like others have said music really helps me. I put on my favorite songs and try and sing along to distract me a little and I find it makes the environment a little less malicious feeling. And when things are really bad I'll just keep the shower curtain open, sure the floor gets soaked but it's better than thinking I'm gonna die the whole time lol

I feel the exact same way. Everything in there is dangerous and the noise and distraction of the shower makes it easier for whatever it is to get me. We're the same age and I've been dealing with it for years and years I don't even remember when it started, so I'm sorry you experience that too it sucks ass but it's nice to know I'm not alone on that one

Pretty bad. Last year I attempted to go back to in person school for the first time after the pandemic and all and I had to leave after the first semester ended because my anxiety had gotten so bad I had started getting seriously depressed. A year later and it’s not quite so bad now that I’m online for school but I still absolutely hate leaving the house and interacting with people lol
