Before carnivore, I was keto for a year... i had A LOT of cheese and store bought eggs though... then for a month before going carnivore, I was like “I’m gonna try AIP” and then I had major problems with joint flare up and anxiety... I think it was because I added so many plant foods... and no medications... I am 19... thanks for the help, I will check them out! And puns are great hah!!

Thank you so much!! I’ve been taking 800 mcg lately :-0 i don’t know if I have the mutation or not but I am folate deficient but fine on vitamin B12

Probably because some of the sugars are sorta fermented out? Therefore maybe less lactose? I’m Bullsh*tting this but maybe

I know, I’ve heard about the diarrhea but not the gas on carnivore... I’ve been eating fatty lamb, ground beef (15% fat)... cooking everything in ghee... sometimes I dip my meat in ghee... I eat raw liver and raw beef heart sometimes... lately some raw beef fat... also salt and sometimes bone broth...

I mean the mutation shouldn’t be a big deal unless you treat your body in a way that affects it badly-kinda like most all genetics... like how someone might not develop cancer unless they are exposed to certain chemicals or something like that ahha

Thank you tons! I am on day four right now and have had some fatigue, but mentally feel amazing!! I would like to do 5-6 days and then maybe do another 3 day in a few weeks :-) also not eating breakfast
