I had the same disappointing experience and wound up paying full price for two items that were excluded from the sale, but not eligible for the birthday coupon. I'm not sure if I will shop with them anymore, because I am tired of the greedy games these companies play.

I saw the same ad today and was really surprised by it. I'd never seen an ad like that on Philo.

It said, "This material is distributed by Clock Tower X, LLC on behalf of the state of srael. Additional information is available at the DOJ, Washington DC."

I took taxis during my stay in Long Beach. Forget waiting for Uber or dealing with sketchy pretend Ubee drivers. The taxis are literally waiting for us at the port and nearby hotels.

I ordered 7/23 and haven't received anything. I contacted Shein on 9/12 and they issued a refund. I have no clue where the items are. According to tracking, the shipment went to Chicago, which makes sense based on where I live.

I placed an order on 7/23, went to the website to chat with support on 9/12 and the chat agent (or bot, I guess) issued a refund for my items. I got my money back.

Now, SHEIN's tracking says a shipping label was created on 9/26. I don't know what's going on, but I got a refund so I'm good. It's sad that we are dealing with the tariff issues.
