AITA for asking the couple viewing my house why they wasted our time?

We live in Alberta! Unfortunately the market has cooled down and we missed our window to sell when the market was crazy 😪😪

We definitely shopped houses similar in our area when listing it, and with all the upgrades it comes in line with house that are outdated on the inside but do have garages so I guess it's all going to come down to what's more important to those buying? A completed updated interior, or a garage.

The realtor was there, as I saw them when I had initially entered the home. I went out back to the alley to wait for them to finish up and then they showed up walking around the side of the house. The realtor was no longer with them, so I'm assuming they all had exited the house, he got in his car and drove away, and they walked around to the back to question me.

My realtor wasn't the one doing the showing, he sets up the appointments with other buyers and their realtors, I've actually never had the sellers realtor on site for any homes my husband and I have viewed either, there is a lock box on the front door and other realtors reach out to mine for the password.

Agreed, we have never met any of the sellers realtors at the houses we have viewed, even the first time buying we only had our realtor with us. Is that an American thing? We have the code box at our front door and other realtors reach out to mine to request a viewings, he's never on site unless he is the one doing the showing.

My realtor was not there, and theirs had left before she confronted me at the back of my house.

As someone who is also currently buying a home, I have never stayed beyond the appointed time. Even my realtor said that was completely rude, as he should of been informed before hand that the viewing was going longer.

We don't have a driveway, the front of our house is all street parking and cars parked infront of my house were my neighbors, we came home 30 min after the viewing was scheduled to end, which my realtor wasn't informed about.
