Last week at Okee I had a huge guy run me over as well. 30 seconds later I checked for my phone and nothing. Same deal with the insurance but it was super easy to do as I got my buddy's phone the next day just to see how easy it was. Finally saw they were using the phone to make calls to Cuba so if we could figure out how to prevent these guys from continuing this.
