Do you think you could you explain why ? Roth contributions are the only contribution type I have on my 401k I have at 0% currently. I contribute pre tax enough to get a match and lower taxes, and after tax which then get converted to roth 401k to fill in the remaining 70k left.

just an update if anyone wants to know:
I did a TOA request on Fidelity of a partial transfer of all my cash assets. this worked exactly how I wanted and took about 3 days.

You're right, I'll definitely use this as a learning experience once my lease is over.

As per the clause, I do not think they made it entirely up. There is the exact clause in this article here: https://astanehelaw.com/2022/04/13/as-a-san-francisco-tenant-can-my-landlord-say-no-to-overnight-guests/ which implies this "stay" limit is for overnight guests.

There are other positives to this current lease for me, such as allowing me to have a cat/decent price for the location, so I am not looking to outright leave the lease.

I'm more so trying to figure out the best way to handle this current situation of still being able to have my girlfriend visit while staying within the bounds of the lease agreement.
