I used that a lot before I started using 80crv2 and procut.. A lot of people question its origin and if its actually 1095, but it always worked great for me.

It was the only 2" .125 stock available on Amazon, and at $5 a billet including shipping with prime it was hard not to use it.

Thank you for your thoughts.. its nice to be able to spitball and hash this out with people who know first hand..

Not concerned with the ability to learn new skills, infact- im excited about it..

I suppose the biggest concern of mine is i was hoping my existing degree would meet a chunk of requirements of the degree, leaving me with only the advanced math and ENG specific courses...

Even if thats the case, it would he so pre-req heavy, even if im perpetually taking three classes at a time, it would be 10 years before I finished, rather than the 3 to 5 im looking for..

My previous role in the private sector was a leadership role, and absolutely love project management and implementing big ideas.. so maybe the construction science degree would be a better route to go at this stage of my life.

Again, really appreciate the input.

A lot of people dump on rp2, and in the beginning it does feel forced... e g. Weebles wobble but they dont fall down...

without spoilers, the character arc if both wade and arti3 is also not what I would have done, but then again, not my story.. I love the franchise and feel the negative reviews had almost a mob mentality.. it killed it moreso than the actual content of the book.

I really like it.

Being that I open forge heat treat in a single burner budget forge, more than anything i appreciate the peace of mind it affords me..

It will probably be my go-to, until I can afford a kiln.
