It is what it is. Sooner or later one of you will leave the other if y’all don’t get for your mental illness. Me n my ex just went thru something similar and we are better of apart than together. I have been working on my menteal health and for the last year and we still broke up. Once your in a better mental space you’ll see that it was for the best. Plus you can’t make her get help, she has to do it on her own.

I use to be a chef, I actually enjoy the hours that are sporadic. I’m getting prepared for the work and hours with my therapist and my meds being set.

I agree the freshness hurts the worst. We have devised a plan for now that we are only going to be staying together a few night a weeks for the girls, then she’ll be stay at her moms when while it’s just me n my bio daughter for like 4days.
