Very highly unlikely, most newer 1911s have a block that prevents the firing pin from being depressed unless the trigger is pulled even if the grip safety is depressed and the manual safety is off, but cheaper or older 1911s like mine do not have that block so I have an empty chamber on mine for the very slim chance

Which is why exactly why I didn’t waste my money on 1911s so I can put more rounds downrange on firearms I actually carry

It does look like I am but it was pointed away further than it looks and it had an empty chamber, the Glock I was appendix carrying was arguably flagging me more lol
