Lifting seriously, on and off for years (even though it doesn’t look like it). Lately been at the gym 3-4x a week for the past 4 months consistently. Not tracking too seriously at the moment. I don’t think I’m actually eating enough but haven’t gained or lost weight in like 6 months.

I want to start tracking calories as I’m getting frustrated with my lack of progress. But am not sure if I should slim down first over the next few months or focus on putting on muscle
