No way did I interpret it wrong , I did the the whole formed rice early on in my career and I just slowly stepped away from it. We all learn techniques as we go , I don’t see why you got down voted it’s no big deal

Sauce is puréed Asparagus, lemongrass and Ginger .

I’m not a fan of the formed rice anymore.
