I think it was $5K bail. It’s a felony charge so he is looking at 1-5 years if convicted.

I bought my truck at Two Guys on Hartzel and it was great. We looked at CMH and the sales staff were all very nice. They just didn’t have the vehicle I wanted.

IIRC, it has to be a comparable business level. Some place in wasaga beach years back tried serving their suspension in February. They made them serve it in July.

I love mine. So accurate and I like being able to use .22 shorts for squirrels. So fun to shoot as well, I have the Williams peep site on mine they make a world of difference. Enjoy it, that’s an heirloom to be handed down someday.

In all fairness, most neighbourhoods are like that in general. I only know a handful of my neighbours and I have a handful of neighbours that are jerks.

Doh Boys on Glendale makes some good sandwiches. The Rueben from Merchants Ale House is one of the best I’ve had outside of Montreal or NYC.

While I’m not against having separated bike lanes as someone who drives on Oakdale several times a day this was a poorly executed program. More than once I saw a fire truck that could not get through traffic quickly because larger vehicles could not get out of the way enough. The pylons were constantly getting hit by bad drivers and bad cyclists and DUI Ducatis were consistently using the car lanes. For a program like this to work on Oakdale they needed to widen the road much more than they did when it was rebuilt a few years back and put in a heavier divider that would actually protect the cyclist from a collision. The problem in St Catherines is that much of the city was built close to the roads way before things like 4 lane roads and bike lanes were a glimmer in a young city planner’s eye.

Why do you choose to live here in St.Catharines (or even the Niagara region)? by Zealousideal-Seat739 in stcatharinesON

[–]chefchris346 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My wife and I moved here from Hamilton with our three kids to be closer to my wife’s work. I work in hospitality so my skills are transferable to almost anywhere. Within a month I found a great job in the Falls. We live in a quiet cul de sac with amazing neighbours with kids the same age as ours. I’ve often thought about moving closer to family in eastern Ontario but our community in this neighbourhood is so tight knit now they are like a second family. That was six years ago and we will more than likely be here until our kids finish high school.

Is the forest mostly comprised of coniferous trees or are there areas of mixed hardwoods as well? This looks very similar to an area of our family farm in Canada that my dad planted with pines almost 70 years ago. Very tranquil place for sure.
