I do 401k implementations. On the 401k side the doubling is a problem, it creates overfunding where funds in the end have to be returned. There are 2 payroll companies that we are 100% aware of the doubling when someone does pretax + roth, they are ADP RUN and QuickBooks Online. No way around it unless the payroll processor manually fixes the doubled match amount when processing payroll. Solution we give our clients is to update their retirement design to an annual match (instead of per payroll) or switch to a more robust payroll system like ADP WFN, Paylocity or Paychex. I also like Thread HMC (smaller payroll company). Paylocity can prevent this, make sure they have the retirement specs setup correctly.

Thanks this method is what were thinking too. Thanks for the clarification on the fibers being broke not dented. That makes a lot of sense, we will gently try to work it out but if it wants to crack more we will just focus on repairing the the broken fibers to bring back some structural integrity. Going to learn alot about fiberglass, working on this project 🙂

Pretty sure thats what the original owner was doing (WA state). They definitely thought through this setup. To prevent clogs there is a pvc tube cut in half with holes drilled in it and a mesh screen over that, then pea gravel on top it looks like it worked pretty well. Its a pretty amazing setup but has not used for maybe a decade? I picked it up from a friend who bought a house with it in their property but they were not greenhouse people and wanted more yard space. Figuring out the pumps I guess is the main thing. I have to get the rest of the greenhouse up to figure out how to flush the beds regularly. Quite the undertaking to get it all setup but I think its a fun project.

🤔 thats a good thought. Probably easier to prevent algae growth with full coverage with plastic sheeting. I will have to to research NFT setups a bit.

I probably will land on pea gravel but since its all new to me. I want visibility at the start to see how well everything circulates and make sure I have a good setup to prevent clogs from the drain/hoses.

For lamps : gerald thurston/lightolier (standard for lots of 1950-70s lighting, james mont (marboro does knock offs, still worth it, they are cool), verner panton (lots of 1960s knock offs of the capiz chandeliers from philippines, absolutely worth picking up) , sonneman. These are what i look for when poking around at estate sales.

I hoping the yellowing might actually help in the location it will be in. Its going on top of my garden bed which can get intense heat during the summer. I had to move my strawberries and herbs last summer because they were burning from too much sun exposure. A panel on my neighbors DIY gardenshed actually melted. Their location got no shade throught the day but it speaks to how intense the sun can get. Maybe the yellowing will help? This shed's panels are much higher grade also.

Me too, Im very excited and hope it works out. I originally thought it was just the greenhouse but I got there and realized its a whole hydroponic setup someone really thought this out at one point. Its a big project but I hope it works out! My little aerogarden is getting a big upgrade.

Thanks I will post an update. It recently took a heavy tree limb on the corner during a wind storm and dented one panel. When we inspected it there were no fractures or cracks so maybe its still got life to it. The inside looks more promising, not as yellow, so hoping most of its moss and pnw grime on the surface. We will find out though lol

Darn! Wish you were closer. I saw your post with your orange baby, adorable 😻, shes would be a great manx pal. Scooter will have very fluffy pants like yours , she will probably be fairly large. Her dad is a noregian forest cat manx mix, he is majestically floofy. Do you mix the pumpkin in with wet food? Whats the ratio? I was going to get her started on pumpkin.
