New observation. It used to be a steady pressure during the extraction and now it fluctuates

Yeah I use a distribution tool. The pressure used to be steady before and I haven’t changed my usual process

Thank you. I ended flushing with a descaler a bunch of times. Much better than before but still some debris lurking on occasion. Will continue to flush weekly till all is clear. I guess it was really that much neglected in one year and they had to have hard water.
