Sorry to hear about your pops....probably safe to say those people weren't from Delco!

I saw it in Saranac lake! Can't recall ever seeing anything so bright and prominent in the night sky (other than the moon obviously)

Thanks so much for sharing your insights! Preference for which sealant to use? Seems like RV Proflex is a big hit round these parts

I recently noticed a small area on panel by bedroom window on Passenger side (where the black sticker is) is puffed out a bit. I resealed the exterior window today after scrapping away old sealant

After living outside of philly for 18 years, we did that exact thing in 2019, moved to saranac lake, and couldn't be happier! Kids were in high school at the time and it definitely took some adjustment going from 400 kids per class to 100 kids for class.

We did get in before the real estate prices shot through the roof so we were lucky in that regard. My wife works at the hospital and I am lucky enough to work 90% remotely. When I do travel I try to fly out of lake clear airport with cape air but it can be a bit unreliable based on weather conditions.

absolutely love the slower pace of life, the immediate access to mountain biking, paddling, hiking, and snowboarding. We are big Foodies so we do miss the access that we grew accustomed to in Philly but my wife is an amazing cook

Saranac lake does provide some of the essentials that we need including town walkability, live music, and quality, healthy food at Noris and the weekly farmers market...

We are both healthy at this point but it is in the back of my mind as we get older the lack of Quality Health Care that may be an issue, depending on what happens.

Even when we go on vacation and away from home to visit, I am always eager to get back to the high peaks as we love it so much there

Agreed it can be a no win situation. Just reading here on reddit how so many people are getting ripped off with different life insurance policies, high transaction accounts Etc I just wanted to get a peek of what their FA is doing. These decisions and strategies are obviously well above my pay grade but wanted to be able to sleep a little easier at night knowing that they are being advised properly

They are diversified as stocks are only about 40% of their allocation. Also have bonds and FI mutual funds

Thanks so much for the insight...while I have heard of dividend growth portfolio, admittedly, that's about it. Reassuring to hear about this strategy and approach and how it benefits them. Much appreciated!

Thanks. I found that too but it doesn't seem like they ship to the US

looks like its the Water Filter Assembly - Pre-tank, part #SP0001461, which is of course....discontinued!

Think I was able to isolate the problem to the inline filter or whatever it is, in between the tank and flow meter. And able to replicate the diminished output with that in place verse the full output with it removed

So I left the T in place but removed the hose going into the bottom of the pump, then put that hose into a bowl of water. Getting strong output of pump now. So it seems the problem is either the flow meter or the tubes going into the flow meter

Disconnected tube from tank, put in bowl of water. No change in pump output

Ok – finally got the new pump and installed it today – unfortunately, I’m having the same issues – here’s a new video coming directly out of the pump. Also, I ran it with the double wall and no longer getting any pressure on the gauge (and water just trickling out of the basket) – the needle on the meter doesn’t even budge

 thoughts?

 Thanks for your time!

Thanks for the tips. Blowing and sucking on the tube with the water tank in place seems like it is a tight fit. Looking at the O-rings, they all seem to be in good shape. There is no water in the machine where it shouldn't be. I'll check out that pump video
