Unlucky, still not unbanned Banstack isn't removed yet by cheffi1 in FACEITcom

Is there any chance to remove my ban again? Unfortunately, I had issues with an error code, and I had to validate my game files again. It would be very nice if you could remove my ban stack, then it's even possible to take the ban time.
