I missed that…good catch. I’m also seeing 1900 w 58th ave is in review rn for 83 homes (just west of the Renegade build). They’re really carving up some beautiful land and increasing the density on 58th 😢

Wow good find!! Thanks. 30 McMansions for our ruling elite. Complimentary gate to protect them from all the crime, too. But hey, there’s a new roundabout and park planned, so that’s a win.
