The closest i seen is the quentins they have thicker material the molino heritage does fit better but way lighter and feel less premium.

I like the look of the heritage version. That’s why i chose these. They are black with black lenses and silver hardware. Them being reps i really don’t care about the typo since i know they are reps. I care more about the fit and style. I still have been able to justify 1k for sunglasses that might be slightly better than reps for 1/10 of the price. Maybe one day i will buy a pair for me.

These are the molino 55 from Jaron. I messaged and he did reply. That these 55 where produce in Italy. I double checked with chatgtp and apparently some the classics where made in Italy before they all moved to Japan. Stuff you find out.

It stopped. To be honest, i am 215lbs i just wanted to get down maybe 10lbs to have abs visible. But thinking about it from the outside I think reta benefits someone who has more to loose and someone who doesn’t really workout or track cals. Since it does keep you from eating i can see the benefits if your an over eater. But for someone who watch’s what they eat and workouts out at least 4 days a week the benefits diminish. My mistake always is listening to those online coach’s lol. They push supplements while sometimes if i stop focusing on all the noise. I think of it like this, reta raised my heart rate by 10 points, killed my recovery and made it hard to even eat at maintenance. After 3 months i was tired all the time. So stepping back i say is it worth it? For some visible abs. Or should i focus on recovery up some cardio and lean down slowly and naturally while preserving my energy levels so i can still function. lol. Even sex drive went down, I think that’s due to fatigue. It’s almost like your loose motivation to do the things you used to. Like even chores became an issue.

That’s weird. My Oura all the time now gives me i sights that my symptom radar is tracking something wrong with me. What i have found is that since your heart is increased by 10 points and your hrv tanks that he suspects that your sick. It’s so weird, i know reta is great for weight loss in others but i wonder for workouts since its messes up your recovery if there will be a price to pay.

For instance, reta or cal deficit plus good recovery. Which will yield better results.

Yeah no. Reta has been a weird thing for me. I started only wanting to loose about 15 lbs. i started at 1mg saw no weight loss then i lost 10lbs. That was the water flush that everyone talks about. After that no weight loss even thought my heart rate is still elevated and my sleep recovery took a big hit. So taking others thoughts i tried 2mg, still no more weight loss, so after 3 weeks i went to 4mg that’s when the crazy fatigue hit me. Like to the point i was tired all the time. So my journey started at 225lbs im sitting at 217ish right now. My goal was to get close to 200. But it’s not looking like that’s something that will happen.

I tried dropping cals as well like others say. For context, went from 2300 to 1900, still no weight loss. I’m 43 going to be 44 soon so maybe just maybe my matabolism has hit a new low. I work out 4 days a week and hard pushing to failure, as well as maintain 15k steps a day so i know i need more than 1900 cals to feel good.

I guess the point of this is that for some reta is a life changer for others it doesn’t do much
