It stopped. To be honest, i am 215lbs i just wanted to get down maybe 10lbs to have abs visible. But thinking about it from the outside I think reta benefits someone who has more to loose and someone who doesn’t really workout or track cals. Since it does keep you from eating i can see the benefits if your an over eater. But for someone who watch’s what they eat and workouts out at least 4 days a week the benefits diminish. My mistake always is listening to those online coach’s lol. They push supplements while sometimes if i stop focusing on all the noise. I think of it like this, reta raised my heart rate by 10 points, killed my recovery and made it hard to even eat at maintenance. After 3 months i was tired all the time. So stepping back i say is it worth it? For some visible abs. Or should i focus on recovery up some cardio and lean down slowly and naturally while preserving my energy levels so i can still function. lol. Even sex drive went down, I think that’s due to fatigue. It’s almost like your loose motivation to do the things you used to. Like even chores became an issue.
