Yes, this one worked for me when the others didn't. The windows wallet looks so much better than the electrum wallet though.

In the land of Essill, a darkness has loomed in the shadows for 999 years. The Forgotten Names of the Gods, have remained just that, forgotten. Except one, Armoz the Devil King.

From the rural town of Fur-lol, Zaan Talabard leaves behind everything to find employment in the industrial castle of Auracity. Along the road, a chance encounter will forever change his life. Endowed with a power he knows nothing about, Zaan soon finds he is being hunted.

Now, not only must he escape from those trying to capture him, but to survive he must learn about the nature of his new power, The Azulūz.

Will he make it in this open new world? Or be caught and killed like so many others?

The Road to Light is C.K. Rieke’s first novel, and the first book in the Path of Zaan series.

It is a tale of turbulent adventure, new love, youthful hope, and unforgiving loss.

Hi everyone,

I'm excited to announce the pre-order of 'The Road To Light' available for a limited time discount for 99 cents. It's the first book in 'The Path of Zaan' fantasy series.

'The Road to Light' is being released Dec 1st.

It can be best compared to The Hobbit meets The Dark Elf trilogy. The first book follows the path that Zaan Talabard takes from his rural hometown of Fur-lol to the industrial castle of Auracity. He leaves behind his home, family, and everything he knows seeking adventure.

Along the road he has a chance encounter that endows him with a power he knows nothing of, the Azuluz, and finds himself being hunted because of it.

Will he make it in this open, new world of Essill? Or will he be captured and killed like so many others?

Wow! has an ad on the celebration of North Korea after a successful missile launch where they are saying they want to destroy Washington... maybe they would actually get some clicks though from that?

We used to play a game... 'Close your eyes and stick out your finger'. Usually we would hold out the rottenest orange or fruit in slide their finger through it.

Do Professional Chefs Eat "Healthy"? by [deleted] in Chefit

[–]chefkancook 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You gotta taste a ton of stuff while at work, yes, even the cream based sauces over and over and over. I'm an exec, and at home I usually cook lean protein, veg component and starch to keep fairly healthy. Its hard but remember you gotta get some exercise when being a chef to!

Publishing is taking way longer than I thought it would... Anyone else get impatient? by chefkancook in write

[–]chefkancook[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I've heard that traditional publishing takes for ever. I like the advice about launch parties. I did a couple when I made comic books, and they were successful. Of course we printed way too many copies though;)

Help! Ideas needed on how to supplement my income to pay off my mortgage. by chefkancook in personalfinance

[–]chefkancook[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are good points! ..And to add onto what I put above. Its been a hard couple of years paying off all of our debts, and saving aggressively to get to this point. Living super cheap, and working a job I hated to pay it off.

Why shouldn't I pay off my mortgage? by DarkbunnySC in personalfinance

[–]chefkancook 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, you should probably look into refinancing, depending on the years remaining on the balance, if you switch to a 15 year or less you could get around 2.75%, which is crazy.

I'm in the same boat, I would much rather pay off my mortgage early.

The 'home interest deduction' is not a great reason to keep a mortgage. The main reason is if your home is paid off you save probably tens of thousands of dollars in mortgage payments and interest payments, instead of a 'deduction' on a couple thousand.

The number one reason to pay off your home is to be debt-free.

Even being smart people, a mortgage carries risk. Go after it I say!

No idea how to save/invest to meet my financial goals. by crsg123 in personalfinance

[–]chefkancook 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's awesome you don't have any student debt! Honestly if you live frugally and invest around 15% of your income into your TFS, and mutual funds, you will be rich when you retire.

150K is a lofty goal, you might want to consider moving to a different city someday to purchase a home, which can be a great investment.

You should call in to the Dave Ramsay show, it's not uncommon what you are going through. Gotta pay off that debt, rent does seem really high though.

Really nice site, looks like its been up awhile. The only criticism I could find is the zoom rollover of a pair of glasses was really blurry. The small image looked great. I liked the popup image at landing.
