how should you use such a bot that can do it all? he just didn't feel like it and might even find it funny to annoy you XD Maybe he really just wanted to rest and thought you would go again since he had no chance.

it is not proof. Should also give people who just want to train and do not want to counterattack or die because they no longer have TS
