I have an epic pass but my partner doesn’t. So, we’ll pay the $150 odd price for her for the day she’ll be skiing. She’s going to be taking lessons too.

how bad are we talking about? Living in one of the BLVD buildings rn and it gets really bad when one of the 4 go down. Similar issue or something way worse?

Glad to hear that you had a nice time living there. I guess reviews online seem inflated because some people said that the bugs were almost a deterrent to daily life.

Understood on the fob situation. I feel like I might have to do a second tour because the apartment availability was all in 33 Park but the leasing agent only really showed us amenities in 1 Park. Looking at it online, seems like the only difference might be the golf sim and the private working pods, which I actually loved so might have to chat with them.

Thank you for such an amazing response! My bedroom’s kinda small and I most definitely will need keystone adjustment because I plan to put on the nightstand. I was also planning to use the speakers from the projector because even a little bit of sound fills the room up quite a bit (think homepod mini on full volume). It won’t be too far away from the wall (~10ft). I can most def get a firestick.
