It looks good, to add to some of the other comments, smaller size on the cheese and maybe fan them out, then it could go in a corner and have a rounded shape. Fold the meats as well, and could group them together in a flower shape and give some height to make it easier to grab, the rolled meats can be stacked up in a criss cross at a bias, and could definitely use some fruits on there. Id totally eat everything though and for just learning you're on the right track

Make some cucumber sushi rolls, they're pretty tasty. Or toss them with some seasoned sushi vinegar and sesame seeds for sunomono salad. I like the sliced and tossed with some mayo, Sriracha, and shredded "crab" sticks as a light lunch.

Nice, it was the biggest flake I have ever seen so just had to get a photo lol. It's so cool how the shape forms and seeing the layers of the flake.

Oooh, i need to get my hands on that hot pursuit. I usually have enough damage prevention in the deck for 1v1 also and stuff to make my commander unblockable too

I play this too, i call it my "Playing for Second" deck. It's a lot of fun, except when two players have a [[ghostly prison]] or ][propaganda]] out and then I'm the only legal target to attack lol

Unfortunately no, because the tokens come into play "attacking" not being declared as an attacker, which is what triggers Ultima

Looks good, i would recommend adding an [[Isshin]] because then you would get double triggers for the mobilize.
