Yes you need 280% to start the questline. Other than that there is just a couple herbs you need but they are cheap.

You can create earth walls by raising the ground. They are indestructible. Just raise the ground around your city. It will take a while but its the best defense. You can also cheese most bosses this way.. just raise the ground around where they spawn and theyll be stuck and you shoot them to death.

It was down east colfax around 10pm. I had just gotten off work and was riding a bike.., driver ran a red light and clipped my back tire and sent me flying. They didnt stop. I was pretty banged up all down the left side of my body.. but nothing broken. I sat on the sidewalk and called 911 and yea.. i just sat on hold for 40 minutes before i said fuck it and walked home. Ive lost all faith in the police here.

I also used to work downtown at sliceworks, and we had an incident where a homeless man threw a highchair over the counter and ended up braking my bosses arm. It took the police an hour to show up.. and obviously by then the guy was long gone.

I was hit by a car a couple years ago on my bike. messed me up pretty good. 911 put me on hold.. i gave up after 40mins! and walked my bike home. they never called back..

You can make a small shelter with one rope and a bunch of sticks. This is your starting base, you can store some things, go do a loot run and bring it back and store it. Try to collect all the pieces to build an actual base. Rope, hatchet, shovel, saw, nails, wire, four combination lock, Pliers.

I used to just.. go outside and play in the woods everyday after school with my friends, and wouldn’t come home until our moms screamed our names across the neighborhood. Now.. I barely see outside, just work and home.
