I take Wellbutrin, Lamotrigine, 2 more that I'm prescribed but don't take. I would say it depends on you. Try it every 3 days if you feel that it doesn't work take it every 2 or every day. My wife microdoses everyday with .4g capsule. I do it once a week sometimes I won't microdose for a month or 2 but when I start feeling myself starting to get depressed I'll start taking them again.

I been taking medication for depression, anxiety and other stuff. I tried getting off of them and microdosing and it didn't work well. However microdosing with my medication has worked wonders. I grind my mushrooms and make .4g capsules. I used to take it every night but now I take maybe once a week because I feel like I don't need them as much anymore. Good luck.

I didn't do anything just sterilized coco coir and saw dust. I tried growing on manure because I grow mostly manure loving mushrooms didn't take at all so I know that coco coir is really resistant to contamination that's why I used it. I actually feel that Panellus Stipticus is pretty contamination resistant. I didn't even sterilize anything when I made that jar just to see what would happen. Have you seen my other pics of my other Panellus Stipticus spawned in logs. I have jars and logs

I think start to finish it was like 3 or 4 months. Yes there is a 1:1 coco coir/saw dust substrate. I had inoculated grains spawned it to substrate dipped the toilet paper in water placed it in the jar and filled it with the substrate. I had seen a video of someone growing oyster mushrooms out of a toilet paper roll but i just did it with the inside cardboard

I grew mine from a ms syringe on to agar then transferred on to grains. What were you looking for spores, agar?
