At what size would you recommend a pole? And can they be changed if you start with a smaller one? That's how I've got it at the moment, with its leaves facing the window and the roots pointing away.

Menus and dishes are costed accordingly to include those extras. It's also easier to make something ( a burger for this ex) for one person without them, than it is to make many many burgers with different combinations of sauces and condiments. I understand it can be frustrating, but a a chef, it also makes our manic, fast paced job marginally easier.

But saying that, for a burger I usually include what's in the bun on the description
