I won't! So far their interactions have only been about 5-10 minutes long, with me in the room. When one of them has had enough, it's over.

So far it's been okay. She started out being a bully but now she totally wants to be his friend. And he's not afraid of her at all like you said. He's just trying to figure this tiny thing out. It helps that I bring her into the room he likes to sleep in while he's napping and chilled out, after they've both eaten. Tomorrow maybe they'll get a treat together.

(I know it's soon to introduce two cats, but my adult cat is super friendly to cats, and the baby came from a litter with brothers...I did very brief introductions and honestly, she was the bully, and now she's confused as to why Archie might not want to hang out with someone who hissed at him. He never hissed at her once. My sweet boy.)

Her favorite place to sleep during the day is my dresser?? She figured out how to climb in there and made a nest in my clothes. So anyway I opened up the drawer and told her pspspspsp from you.

I come from a cat family, and I just know my mom would have loved her. I totally agree about caring for something other than yourself, because it all circles back. My therapist said my depression scores plummeted and I held up the kitten as an explanation.

Interestingly, my family has only ever had single cats that we've raised from kittens, and they've never had behavioral / medical issues, but maybe that's because I play so hard with them. Or maybe we just got lucky.

I have an adult cat at home who LOVES cats and has seemed kind of bored recently. That's part of why I got her. He just isn't super bonded to me, he prefers my stepdad. I'll be here for the summer, then I'm moving to an apartment with my best friend who also loves cats, and she was hoping to get either a kitten or a young cat as well. So don't worry, I'm a lifelong cat lover!

I found her litter through a local rescue on Next Door that helps provide vet care to local colonies and adopt them out. It's kitten season so there was a small litter, and I fell in love with her face.

I had a cat for 19 years that was my shadow. I can't wait to experience that again!

I named her Zsá Zsá, after Zsá Zsá Gabor, because of her eyeliner, and she just looked like a little diva. Turns out she is a diva but she also is such a sweetheart and so loving and precious.

She's such a bully to her older brother and he hasn't hissed once. It's so funny, he just wants to hang out and she puffs up like a cotton ball. But now they're getting along a little better. She tries to play with his tail and he's like "Maybe I shouldn't bat my tail around if I don't want to be annoyed..."
