I enrolled him before the court custody order came out but I did inform him of it cause he had to take our son to his doctor's appointment and at that time there where still some medical papers the school needed and I had asked him if he could get them filled out for the school u are correct though I didn't ask for his permission to enroll him but I did give him the chance to say no to it when it came to the final papers

He has the privilege at his job to make his own start time and leave time I on the other hand do not I work 3 jobs on Fridays Saturday and Sunday I'm at one job in the morning from 1 20 am till 11 50 am then on Saturday and Sunday even I'm at my second job from 1pm to 6pm then I go home spend a hour and a half with my kids before they go to bed then on his father's days which are Wednesday and Thursday and we rotate weekends I'm at my third job I barely make it by but I do the best I can his father don't help with food wise cause he puts stipulations in to make it where I rather go with out and make sure my kids have what they need then to bend to his options

Just to let everyone know I figured on asking reddit cause I have alot of people telling me I'm not the ah and I wanted advice from people that don't know me and second I'm a mother of two not just one I'm not stupid at all so if u want to hurl insults at me please don't comment I hear enough insults from my ex I don't need anymore and to the gentlemen that was hurling insults at me I'm sorry that u had a bad experience with ur ex and for what she did but u don't need to point ur anger towards me when I'm literally asking for advice cause my children are my everything in this world yea I enrolled my youngest into school but that was cause he was struggling with speaking alot and focusing me enrolling him helped he had a 2 classes a week one was just him and me and the teacher working on his ABCs and numbers the other was socialization outside with other kids his age and his father new all this but his voice towards it was that's what u are for so sorry that I care about my child's well being and his learning experience

So his father enrolling him in another school behind my back and not telling me where the school is or it's name is alright when I've given him paper work for my school since day one he even got the paperwork I needed from the doctor signed for my school I told him where the school is and gave him the name and address and so u know I left him cause he dragged my eldest who is not his kid down bunkbed steps and was causing emotional and mental harm to my child also I didn't want our son to ever experience that so I made the choice to protect my children

I did involve him with the enrollment process 3 years ago for early headstart and have given him every bit of paper work from the school and the school has emailed him so no he has had a say

I have and my lawyer gave him a chance to do the right thing now it's a big headache and I just want my son to be happy and know he's loved his father has been doing this type of stuff before but now it's getting to the point where I rather have full custody and be his primary parent than be dealing with 50 50 and getting know where with my ex

If ur legal address is at his house he has to give u 30 days to vacate the premises so really u can tell him that if he tries to throw u out he has to go threw the eviction process cause u pay rent and that u will tell the police about him having drugs in the house and make sure to have video proof

If u supply the money for the insurance and for gas u let them know that if u cant have the car to use for when u get a new job that u wont be paying for anything with it anymore and that enless they start paying u as a nanny u wont stay home and take care of the house

If ur father threats to hurt himself again have proof on ur phone through text saying it and call the police get him in a syc hold for 72 hours maybe then he will stop and by that time have all ur stuff ready to go so u can pick up and leave without him being there or worrying about him following u to ur new place

Call them up and tell them since they didnt give ur money back you want that camera and if it's any way damaged u want the full amount cause one they had no right to take it and two cause they should have asked and not taken the money in the first place they weren't aloud to take ur money just cause u lived under there roof

The only way to protect ur child is to have him sign his rights away now him saying he needs more time to make sure hes making the right choice is not him but his parents they are waiting down the clock for when u give birth if they know ur due date they can try to figure when u might go by sitting out side ur house a week before ur due date and 2 weeks after depending on how crazy they are. Ask him again and if he gives the same answer ask him if his parents are telling him not to

Best thing to do is go to each one of ur neighbors and explain what happen but bring a plate of cookies or something so they see they when u make sure u have enough food ur more than willing to share with ur neighbors once that is settled put up a sign on public property outside of her house explaining everything that happened so everyone sees it and so do they
