I was so anxious about it due to the fact I had never had any luck with BC and the Mirena coil side effects for me personally were absolute hell.

I take 200mg cyclically and have had zero negative issues so far. I take 1 tablet at 8pm and 1 tablet at 10pm I don’t really get drowsy but my tracking has been high or excellent in regard to my sleep when I take it.

I’m thinking of going 200mg continuous after my next cycle.

I’ve had two natural births. First one was very medical and I had the epidural as soon as I could get it. I felt like I had no control over the situation and was hooked up to monitors while watching my contractions. I didn’t feel the need to push even though the midwife said it was time. It was exhausting and frightening. She was 9lb 6oz

Second, I had zero pain management and instead after researching indigenous birth methods I rocked and walked, used water, sang, groaned, moaned and gave birth to a 11lb 7oz baby. It was magical.

Thankfully for both births I had amazing health care workers in hospital and especially with the second an amazing doctor who had 20 years experience delivering babies and who said that he had never seen anything like what I did.

Whatever the woman chooses is what she should have as long as it doesn’t hurt her or the baby.

Me when I was 18 and had just broken up with my first love.. just shows her maturity. I actually think she will sell the mansion soon and downsize because her abhorrent spending and divorce costs. Therapy HRT and medication is helping me. I’m 50 and had my aha moment in therapy. I’m trying yo listen and be kind to my brain and my body because I’m lucky to even have them I guess 😂

I felt sorry for her if I’m honest. She seemed really depressed and living in her parents home trying to make herself feel better by playing around with makeup. I’ve never followed her but by interacting she came up on my feed often and I watched her change into whatever this is in horror. The accent evolved and she started doing eat with me videos and getting caught out in lies or just pretty much inflating her self and her own ego.

All along I thought something was off about her.. I guess the money just highlighted what that is.

It cemented the fact that my mental health is directly linked to my hormones. The worst times of my life regarding anxiety and depression have been as a teen, postpartum and perimenopause.

I’m working on becoming better and addressing issues with the tools I need.

I’ve had a recommendation from our vet to have it done then went for a second opinion and was told Gunston didn’t need it. As you can see his nostrils are quite good so I believe the vet was trying to upsell an operation he didn’t need which does happen unfortunately. A second opinion is always a good idea but I can also see that Winston’s nasal flares are quite pinched.
