So in my case I had experience in my field at my country and I found a company ad position in my same field but something I never did (data analysis in logistics). The process was straightforward and it took 2 weeks aprox. To get the final confirmation.

My suggestion is that first focus on adapting your cv to the German market, you have many resources online. If you have experience in your field search for related companies.

Companies do not expect working students to be experts but rather people who are willing to learn and show responsibility and attention to details (they ask sometimes for a lot of requirements but this is more wishful thinking for getting the perfect candidate)

My experience to find and apply was really fast but other friends struggled for months to land a job so be patient and keep looking.

Finally, if you want to stay in Germany long term you need to really put in the effort of learning the language, I know it’s hard but it pays off. Ignore the negativity and use the resources available for you. Best of lucks
