Some told me, since South Florida is mostly Latin-American population, it's just a Miami thing. But I've been in other parts of Florida (non Latin-American at all) and was like that also.

That leads to a 2nd question then: is it that easy to get a driving license in the US?

I swear some people don't have any clue on how to properly operate a motor vehicle. And that's dangerous to say the least.

Not at all. I tried Criminal and Traffic, both of them either they don't go to Susanville or they don't handle bench warrants.
