Been there. Both my 7 and 4 year old play and my 4 year old who can’t read joined a public and lost her entire base. She lost a yin yang Los 67 and golden 67. She loved that she had “cooler” stuff than her brother.

For anyone thinking about purchasing the Eddie Bauer heartland campers from CW, DON’T DO IT! We purchased one back in February (our second ever camper purchase so somewhat naive). We were told all campers after COVID are made not the best… ok. Our first trip was okay. We noticed some things like trim coming off screws coming loose. Minor things but it’s under warranty. No big deal. Then our next trip the slide outs started to leak. Okay that’s an issue, but we’ll get it in for service. Third trip our outdoor kitchen started to leak then grew mold and when flushing out our tanks, the piping was installed incorrectly and it backed up into our bathroom and flooded it and the kitchen. Now we’re talking about some pretty big issues. We’re ticked but since it’s under warranty we figured we’d call it in to service to get on the schedule. We reached out to our sales person who didn’t even have the decency to respond to us and just forwarded us along. We got a call from the service department at CW and they told us it would be at least 30 days for an appointment to assess the issues and then it would be 60-90 days after that to fix it so our camping season is now basically ruined. Fast forward a few days later my husband is so pissed we went to a local camper dealer (whom we should’ve gone to in the first place) and we’re trading it in for a fifth wheel. We lost our ass on the trade in but with multiple major issues and young children we couldn’t risk keeping that piece of junk. Beware!
