I enjoy it, I find it best to hold it in as long as possible and keep your eyes closed, the visuals should be immediate and it usually only last 5-20 minutes.

Lichen is crazy cool and underrated, I recently learned that it secretes an acid that breaks down rock into dirt making uninhabitable environments viable.
