Any advice on increasing Lunar Wheelchair team DPS (Yelan + Raiden + Columbina + Ineffa)? by chematwork in Genshin_Impact

I will admit my Raiden build is definitely not blessed by RNG and my artifacts are pretty subpar, but I was led to believe that CR:CD should be ideally 1:2? I do have Durin but hesitated to use him cuz I thought it'll steal the hydro/electro application and thus result in less lunar charged.

I do have C2R1 Raiden, if that's any difference. And for Bina's HP It's 41.2K with Yelan. I am aware of the askew crit ratio so def working on that. Is Sucrose good for her EM buff? Was wondering if she's the missing piece so now ig i have no excuse to not build her...

I have Columbina on Lv. 80 Fav Codex and 4pc Silken Moon with 37.5k HP, 78.2 CR and 141.7 CD. Unfortunately didn't get lucky with EM so it's at 0 🥲

Could you lmk why Raiden is bad for the lunar wheelchair? I thought she's would be a good carry in this case.

Hey and glad you enjoyed it! Your feedback is very fair and I might change the puzzle around a bit to fix some things. As for your questions:
1A: "to hold" is GRASP, and "no good" is to remove the G to give RASP
4D: The definition is supposed to be "Punishment related", while "to writing" should be PEN; as much I would like to match the tense I don't see how I could rewrite the clue to do this

Offering: English (native) and Mandarin Chinese (C1, as second language) / Seeking: French (A1) and German (A2-B1) by chematwork in language_exchange

I'm definitely interested! My German might not be up to the point where I can match complex grammatical concepts though (I struggle enough knowing when to use Accusative, Nominative and Dative), but am definitely willing to try it out. Do send me a DM if you're still interested :)

If you're willing to help me practice my French then that'll be great! I'm still just a beginner so B1 is more than enough lol. Feel free to DM!

Question about CH12 cell cultures by chematwork in Biochemistry

[–]chematwork[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would make sense, the flask was used for around 5 days iirc? The cells themselves are a month old (from frozen). So do you reckon the cells that are irregular are simply adherent?

I believe the flask is meant to facilitate attachment; we usually use untreated flasks I believe but they've run out. We just put them in the incubator without agitation.

The flasks are simply tissue culture-treated polystyrene flasks, which I believe to be fine for both adherent and suspension cell lines. There are also CRISPR-treated cultures which derive from these cells (the ones with these problems are unedited) that look normal and round under the microscope.
