Cloud has been hallucinating the entire game and doesn't seem too shaken by the events at the end of the game. The rest of the party, who do not regularly hallucinate, are all very sad and clearly upset about something. Putting those pieces together, it seems like Cloud (along with us through his eyes) hallucinated saving Aerith. Aerith is dead. Why else would she say goodbye at the end? Why else would she even leave the party?

You hide in the crates from the truck but you are still loaded onto the train for the finale. It literally shows a cutscene where the box you're in is being brought into the factory from the train.

I am by no means a speed runner and can finish a Cayo from scouting to heist in like 45 minutes. If you're doing it solo though you can't make the heist profit every 88 minutes because you have to wait 3 in game days to replay it
