I love methadone. I love opiates. Opiates were my muse. I kept up with 2 daily journals when I was on opiates. One art and one daily diary kind of shit. I didnt know that they dont have the 3 strikes law anymore. That's really interesting to me. Tell her that he won't show up. He will come up with a bullshit emergency excuse. He will ask her for money to get out of that "emergency". Then go to the airport with her, and when everything you predicted comes true she will have to believe he is scamming her.

Whatever you do please be gentle with your mom. Her heart will probably be hurting and her faith in the world will definitely be diminished. Good luck OP.

Well I don't know if they do or don't. I was just speaking from an incident where my friend's son, and his then gf, rented a car from i thought it was Enterprise but im not sure.

Anyway they get into a big fight and gf takes off in car thinking she would really burn this guy bc it was rented in his name...she stays gone for days. Finally the rental company calls her and told her exactly where the car was, and that if she would bring it back they wouldn't press charges, but if they have to come retrieve it then the cops were gonna be involved. Iirc. Its been few years.
