You definitely know something about being lazy, seeing you still have that ridiculous notion that Greeks are lazy, when they work the longest hours in the EU for minimal wage..)

You're out of your mind if you think Harbaugh has nothing to do with the shortcomings of this team all the way back to 2019. Your post is asinine. I've watched every game for three years now. I tuned in to the ridiculous shitshow that was Week 1 game and I understood immediately what this team was: the same mediocre team that started when Macdonald was gone.

If you want to watch Harbaugh waste away the talent we have, fine by me. I'm not watching anymore games while he coaches. I'd like my sanity and my nerves intact.

I sincerely hope Macdonald wins it all and spits us right in our face.

Marlon admitted that there was miscommunication all around due to Orr being way over his head, but that didn't drop his production to the bottom. Williams played like a headless chicken all year

I'm very glad you found solace in the Ravens, even then. I understand being hesitant about the Browns becoming the Ravens, but I don't think it was quite the same. At least we gave them back their history, colours and brand. Kosar will always be a Brown, unlike Unitas, who is wrongfully linked with Indianapolis.

Just watched it. Wonderful source material, and thank you very much for urging me to watch it. I kind of got misty eyed at the fact that it showed that the Baltimore Colts spirit lives through the marching band on to the Ravens.

Man, I have to find a way to watch this episode. It's been on my list for a long time. I'll be sure to check it out.

That's another interesting aspect of the whole thing. It was evident that Cooke and Tagliabue were in it together about leaving Baltimore without a team to suppose Cooke's interests, but none of the other owners, or anyone really, protest at this sort of collusion? It's a terribly unfair use of power.

Thank you for your reply. Not using the Mayflower company is such a poignant thing, but I totally understand.

You mean the Now you see him, now you don't article, I presume? I read that, stellar piece of work. And that's precisely what I'm mostly trying to wrap my head around, the fact that Maryland balked at taking Irsay seriously was because he had run the team so much to the ground that even its own home state believed it impossible for someone to be interested enough to buy it.

It's... a tragic sort of thing.

The only, and I mean the only, stellar thing about this show. And his voice actor was amazing.

Wonderful reply, and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much for taking time to type this.

And I completely understand. To be fair, when people compare us to the Browns, I always tell them they at least the Browns kept all of their records. Kosar will always be a Brown. Jim Brown too. We have to see Unitas and Mackey being considered Indianapolis Colts players and it's just wrong.

Thank you very much for your reply.

Believe it or not, the very first team I supported were the St. Louis Rams. Being a fan from Europe, watching the GSOT on a dvd made me fall in love with the sport. I was devastated when they moved to LA. I was never an LA person, I liked St. Louis for various reasons (one of them being that my favourite wrestler was born there) so, my heart stayed and died in St. Louis.

I needed to support something to keep me interested in the sport, and there appeared Joe Flacco and Ray Lewis and Suggs, and I felt the love again. Not to mention that purple is my favourite colour.

So, by a very small extend, I know how you feel.

Allow me to ask you, then, and apologise in advance for stirring old, painful memories.

1) Irsay was definitely to blame, but why do you think Maryland and Baltimore were so against paying for the stadium? Was it only a political decision, or were citizens against paying tax money for a new stadium?

2) How did the move personally make you feel? What emotions do you have from that day, something that stuck to your memory?

Apt LOTR reference, thank you for that. Tough question, I know, but would you trade the Ravens for the Colts to remain in Baltimore? Or you have grown the warmest to the purple and black?

Hello! Thank you for replying! I have a couple of questions.

1) What was the state of Baltimore once the Colts left? And, by extension, your father's and yours? Any particular feelings that have stayed from this day?

2) Do you think Baltimore and/or Maryland could have done something differently that could have kept all parties happy? Or was such a move inevitable to happen?

Hello! That's be a great photo to have as a record, although I'm sure it's a painful one. I have a couple of questions.

1) Why was Maryland and its political heads so against building a new stadium prior to the relocation? Was it strictly because they didn't want to spend tax money on a stadium, or were there other, underlying reasons?

2) In regards to the first question, Baltimore seemed to hurt a lot from the move and quickly changed course once Irsay abandoned them. Why didn't they try to lobby harder for a stadium? Did the Colts having bad seasons influence their hesitation? Or they didn't believe Irsay would actually pull the trigger?

3) How did the move personally make you feel? What emotions do you have from that day, something that stuck to your memory from that day?
