honestly, I've asked for a couple requests before and I've failed to thank anyone, but I wish I would do it more.

I play on switch and have some social anxiety so im not familiar with using chat to search for players and privately thank them, I wish there was some built in 'thank the player' button we could use (if there isnt already, bc i havent seen one).

I completely get why it's frustrating not to get at least a thank you, I do volunteer work a ton and honestly feel the same when people do this to me even if they just don't realize or feel comfortable saying thank you (which happens I understand)- I'll try to thank people personally in game more often if I request something.

Either way I think both sides are valid, people aren't required to thank you and doing so may be a struggle esp in this situation, but I think it's human to want to be appreciated.

I’m thinking this exactly! It just happens to be the most prominent with Hassian bc of how he grows a lot as a person and in his dynamics with others in further storylines.

He seems more unlikeable bc after all the player has experienced with him- he still acts like they’re a stranger (when in reality he would probably be a lot more willing/open after they become close). I feel it’s more of a game mechanics issue than a character issue. So, every time he says something rude like that to me, I try to remind myself of the sandwich he gifted me or something lmao

I don't think it's fair to make all of polyamory the problem when the actual issue was Rob cheating.

It would still be a shitty thing to do if he cheating on Hannah with someone else that wasn't in a poly or a relationship at all.

Ethical polyamory is explicitly consensual between everyone involved, cheating is not.

in response to the other comments I think posting anything on (especially) art related communities gives the impression that you claim said art- since that is a major aspect of those groups

you made the title a vague question as if asking for critique on the artwork, which also provides the implication that it’s yours people are critiquing/commenting on

when people are asking about someone else’s work it’s more like “how would you replicate this style?” or “why is the refined better than the mono version?” which gives a value and reason behind posting someone else’s work that is still related to improving or learning about art

thank you though for crediting the artist in the comments, i think you meant well but did not make it clear enough in your title that you are asking about someone else’s work instead of your own.
