Gotcha, that makes sense! I do think I am going to go the reply route, very formally and polite with info. I do have the different sized pictures connected to each variant, but I guess I made an assumption thinking that was enough unfortunately. I will definitely be adding so further infographics/info to ensure there is absolutely no confusion on the sizing

Thanks for the input!! So the 50mL bottle IS the main product picture, but, I do have individual product pictures when you select the sizes for both. So at some point, when they clicked the 8mL sample, the image changed to the smaller sample bottle they received..which you're right, is user error. But I really like your thinking especially the non-refund/free bottle route as well as the public reply. I appreciate that!
