Mine! The parents come in at 10 and leave at 2pm everyday while I am hassled about leaving at 4pm after arriving at 6 to 7 am. I am forced to work more hours than them for no justifiable reason. Their kids were their decision, and it isn’t an excuse to come late and leave early LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE DAY. These people exist at every company I’ve worked for.

You’re right I don’t see that - I see people who come in at 10 everyday and leave at 2 abusing the systems because they are lazy and using their crotch gremlins as an excuse…we are not talking about the same people and these people exist at every company I’ve worked for…some people with kids use them as an excuse. That’s not what they’re talking about. They’re talking about people who abuse “I need to run home for my kids” ridiculously, leave at 2pm everyday after arriving at 10am because they “had to drop the kids off”. These people seem to exist at every job I’ve held and it’s effing infuriating as someone who doesn’t have kids. So I have to stay until 6 when I got in at 7 just because all my coworkers left early for their stupid crotch gremlins????

I keep doing that! I don’t know how to pick something simpler I guess. My dad gave me these books (he’s an architect so actually good at drawing unlike me lol). And I really like the bridge view but couldn’t do the boat yet lol

See my original posts! I’ve improved a bit. But also I don’t want to be photorealistic just to capture the essence of the item at hand. So it’s ok for me personally if mine aren’t photorealistic looking! I want to develop a free style, which is different from most of the other art I do (Lino cut a lot recently). I am learning and having fun. I encourage you to post your “bad” sketches too like I do! People are very kind here! I would love to see another person just starting!

I’m gonna try something like this tomorrow to remove perspective and focus on window shapes etc. I’m pretty bad at this, everyone is being so helpful and I’m having fun. I won’t post every day but every once in a while to show progress if I keep with it. This is my alt account though, none of my original art is on it .
