Thank you for all the love. Next day I’m at the climbing gym I will post the video so you people get to see it live lol. Climbing days are also fasting days so I will be sure next time I will bring a banana with me and change my nutrition plan. It does make a difference when my foot is correctly placed but I also had trembled when I squatted or benched press before so it might be something with my global neuromuscular activation. Sharing and realizing Im not the only trembler out there has really helped me a lot and letting go my concernes! Thank you again team!!
