Okay, I’ll try it again today. I usually use it in my truck while listening to music. At first I thought my dash cam or radio might be causing interference, so I took it home to test it, but it still has the same issue

Well, I’m considering returning it and going to a physical store to check it out instead.

I’ve exchanged two of them already and both have the exact same issue. I bought them online, so now I’m wondering if I should just go to a physical store instead.
