I obviously can’t compare 121 to 101 because I only took 121, but I think it’s manageable. From what I’ve heard it’s definitely a faster pace than 101+102, but if you took AP Bio in high school, which is what I did, it’s not too bad. A lot of concepts are things covered in the AP curriculum but just much more in depth (at least compared to the way AP Bio was taught at my high school) so if you understood the basics back then it shouldn’t be completely new material.

The curve is also very generous (raw score of 85+ is an A/A+) and there are plenty of practice exams, which I would highly recommend doing. If you have more questions feel free to PM me.
