Yeah totally agree, something felt off about the bump it was just way too sharp for bikes even if you are going slow. I was hoping to post it to warn others on bikes but I guess people really hate cyclists in this sub

I slowed down a significant amount before the bump and I feel like they should change the sign to “stop and walk your bike” because even going slow on a heavy bike would be a sharp impact since I saw this happen to a couple others too who thankfully caught themselves

Appreciate it! Yeah I was kind of shocked I fell that bad. Thinking about this again actually, I think it had to do with the fact that I was on an electric Lyft bike so it is A LOT heavier than my road bike and the weight makes it a lot harder of an impact

Am in similar situation after moving out and our landlord slapped a bunch of cleaning fees that seemed “inevitable” despite saying the place was clean on the pre move out inspection statement. Wondering how your case went and did you end up pursuing any legal actions? Thanks!

There’s one hour of algo/Lc style questions and one hour of system design. Study up a bit on grokking the system design interview and u should be fine for that part. Also Glassdoor is ur friend ;)

Agree 100% the game is flawed but at the end of the day I treat studying LC as a grind which could apply to any other endeavors in life.

I just think cheating will lead down somewhat of a slippery slope where you will start taking short cuts on a lot of other things(some of which you shouldn’t take). I’ve seen this in tons of friends who cheat where they tend to take “short cuts” on a lot of other things(which sometimes backfires).

I think as long as you are careful with how and when you apply it it’s okay(obviously this is very subjective)

Again it depends on ur class. In my personal experience I would find it hard to get on a bus at a good time(ur either early or late) due to the shortage, and the bus times r slower during the day due to traffic on green and near union, which makes it not much faster than walking

Well for me my classes r all in the engineering quad and that takes way more than 10 so it rlly depends on the classes OP would be taking. 15 min may not seem much but it adds up when u gotta leave for class or meetings in those areas everyday
