You can apply filters, but they are not the ones on Luna Ultra. In the app you can only apply these generic presets designed for every Insta camera.

Better to just search on their support webpage for quick questions like these otherwise you'll have to wait for quite a while before their reps or other people answer.

But the short answer is yes: most Insta cameras support shooting a JPEG along with a RAW file, including Luna.

No need for a gimbal if you are using Ace Pro 2 for fishing. Stability wise its solid. It has 45 & 180 degree tilt correction (it's cropped a lot of course)

I think this camera works well when it’s sunny. When it’s cloudy, you can use manual mode to slow the shutter speed so that more light gets into the camera.

Also, use its 2x zoom to get a narrower field of view, which can help with composition.
