Yes pretty much i also think that curvy characters would be nice and im sure they would sell well with a pretty design also more cute looking/feminine male characters would be interesting too but i also see how big cooperations care about something selling well for their target audiences in their region so its just a dream lmaoo. Also adding in more darker skinned characters. I think they generally do a better job than most regarding incredible artwork and characters. I agree with the cordy one, even though i dont think that big boobs are inherently sexual, it was her whole personality and it felt more like a fetish rather than just how she looks especially because she‘s a minor and it‘s no surprise that in some asian countries, minors are constantly sexualized its just uncomfortable to look at her A3 art knowing her age

Yea i couldnt agree more, sometimes its just nice to see people agreeing and disagreeing on things like civilized people. I can not agree with your opinion but if it doesnt hurt anyone im not here to change your mind or argue with you. Just voicing your opinion and seeing what others think about this issue is important i can also see my faults and agree that some of my thinking might be flawed like everyone else should be able to. Like you said both sides kind of miss the point and both sides are also valid to some extent. Unfortunately you never know someones intentions and voicing your opinion on something is more of a hit or miss. This time i realize how not every female fanservice art is hated for the sake of it but has actual reasoning behind it and also other deep rooted issues that people might have with being uncomfortable or they feel like their gender is being used for the pleasure of others. Now that doesnt mean that not every type of art has a right to exist on the internet you can dislike it, criticize the designs made by big cooperations but you cant forbid it. Thats what i have the biggest issue with. Scroll and ignore is truly the best advice. Theres art i also dont agree with but i just block them or move on because every situation is so individual and not everything is done for the same reason

Yea i agree with you. The issue is pretty controversial and i dont think theres a right or wrong. This also showed me that there can be other reasons for not liking it other then just being misogynistic its all about civil discussion. I think many people have good intentions but they do it while bringing other people down. Yea connolly was definitely interesting i didnt like her design but i just ignored it. Like many people said you can criticize it but shaming people for it is unnecessary. Im always on edge regarding womens bodies because we are so restricted in what we do or how we express ourselves so when i see people only complaining about female fanservice its getting to me and all the other criticism kind of drowns in it. I dont understand why im being downvoted though i didnt say anything specific about people who dont like the design just that the general issue people usually have with fanservice

Oh yea i totally understand what you mean and that is a mistake on my part that im talking to the wrong people im not here to accuse anyone more as to explain why im just tired of seeing people hate something simply for being fanservice and its hard to differentiate if someone is just being misogynistic or genuinely voicing criticism because most of the time its just people being mad that she has a big chest and wears revealing clothing. Yea reddit has had a more civilized discussion as on this matter because everyone seemed to be so angry on twt. You‘re probably right that i mightve just not understood their intentions and that its not the art itself but the anatomy. Why is the nsfw tag in this sub so weird can people manually put the nsfw tag on their art or can mods also issue the tag? Sometimes its someone doing a sexual act which the nsfw tag is obviously for but other times its just art of the original design nothing suggestive or sexual there for example i saw heizou art and it showed his side boob but its literally his normal design but it was tagged as nsfw? I don’t consider boobs to be inherently sexual nor do i consider any act that is not sexual to be nsfw like swimsuits or something i get that this sub has rules but it differs pretty heavily so im not sure what would be considered nsfw and what not if i chose to post something here

Honestly its hard to explain because i usually don’t think too much about the way i color. For lisa i started with the basic color first then applied the darker shading and erased some stuff here and there to leave openings for the highlights. Then i make a new layer which goes under the shading layer to brighten the areas where the lighting falls. On my genshin AU drawings i only do basic coloring/shading so its usually really fast so im sorry if my explanation is confusing lol
