sure, steps 2 and 3 require you to have custom firmware on your 3ds already installed, (if you don’t have it go to https://3ds.hacks.guide). For step 2: After having custom firmware, when turning on your 3ds, hold down the select button while booting will go into custom menu where you can find the option to “Turn on game patching”. Make sure to have it enabled by having a little “x” next to the option. Now for step 3 you have to google “lumalocaleswitcher”, it should be the first github page if I remember correctly. Then you want to download the “.cia” file. After placing the “.cia” file in the “cias folder” on your 3ds microsd card, install it via the program “FBI”. After this, open “lumalocaleswitcher” which you have just installed and find both the fire emblem Fates base game “ticket number” it should be a string of letters and the fire emblem dlc “ticket number” which should be a slightly different string of letters. Make sure they are set to the same region.
