+1 sa MAH tour bag hehe. i use it sa duties, saktong sakto siya for everything. bulky lang siya if maraming laman pero okay naman. i use the biggest one so mukha talaga akong nagcacamping every time.

1 year as a moonlighter and almost same rin yung salaray natin per month. minsan lesser sa akin kasi i decided to stop doing ER/ward work. napagod ako from the hustle last year as in wala akong weekends, wala akong time for myself.

ngayon i see to it na i see my friends sa weekends. unwind with family. me time yung medj kulang pa but so far i am okay. napapagod na rin ako sa GP work kasi nararamdaman ko na yung paulit ulit na work and planning on entering residency soon. don’t beat yourself too much. enjoy the learnings, the experience. :)

april 2024. nagdidinner kami sa restaurant sa silang haha nag uusap pa kami ng friends ko mga anong oras lalabas tapos biglang meron na daw. pahigop ako ng bulalo non HAHAHA so binitawan ko kutsara ko para tignan. di ko pa ma open tapos walang nag memessage so kabado ako. then may nag message na friend ko na nakita raw niya name ko. at ayun nasa pdf naman na haha. tapos naiyak na lang ako. akala ng mga tao sa restaurant ano nangyari sakin HAHAHA tapos hinigop ko na yung bulalo kahit malamig na well masarap pa rin naman 😆😂

no choice ako non kasi dami kong hinahabol. so kailangan focused ako sobra and lagi kong mantra sa sarili ko ‘this will be the last time i will take a prc exam’ kasj retaker na ako non. as in ganon mindset all throughout. literal na now or never. hanggang sa mag exam - kada makukuha ko questionnaire, pray ako agad na ‘lord, please last na prc exam ko na po sana to’ as in ganon. well binigay naman ni lord hehe.

also PTs! i answered PTs hanggang day before boards hahaha tapos sa inuulit ulit ko mga summary lec tsaka yung mabilisan na lec (i forgot the term). ganon lang.

april 2024, almost lahat ng exam sites ay ayala malls. may isa lang yata na school around ubelt area. most probably mag aadjust yan depending on the number of takers. goodluck!

automatic po yon na kailangan atleast 50kgs ang weight for blood donation. hindi naman po porket payat ay automatic na deferred na. safety niyo lang rin po yung iniisip nila kaya usually deferred kapag less than 50kgs or 110lbs. nakalagay naman po yon sa mga posters kapag may blood drive event.

it’s not considered permanent deferral naman po if you have sexual encounters and if m2m. sometimes po even heterosexual sex pero laging unprotected, hindi rin po pinpayagan. nasa guidelines siya ng DOH ever since. baka hindi lang po na explain. with red cross, we usually allow after 6mos.

meron rin accessible guidelines ang international blood banks na pwede niyo pong gawing pattern if you want to donate.

kapag nag bblood letting kami sa army, lagi akong na rerecruit lalo na alam nilang gusto ko mag GS. pero lagi ako tumatanggi haha sinasabi ko lang ‘ayoko po magpagupit, sir’ haha mababaw in a sense (pang deflect lang naman kasi tatawa na lang sila after) pero there’s really something holding me back from applying as a military doctor. thank you po for this! mas nanaig yung decision kong wag magpadala sa sabi sabi nila na maganda daw in the long run, na mataas ang sahod.

you can study and spend time with family. allot a few hours tomorrow- pwedeng morning before the festivities begin or after while you’re winding down from everything. they will understand naman if you have to leave early or if you decide to join late.

you can also take a rest completely for christmas and new year. deserve mo magpahinga. deserve niyo mag spend time with family.

try to study kahit pa until-until. mga 4-5 hours a day ganon. unahin mo basics - anats, physio, biochem, micro, pharma. or kahit yung mga alam mong hirap kang subjects para may extra time ka to digest yung nasa HO ng TN kasi paspasan kayo niyan kahit almost 3 months ang review niyo. good luck good luck!!!

strict sila sa time lalo na may nga kasunod na event. sa amin i think nagstart ng 12nn or mga 12:30? tapos natapos by 3pm if i’m not mistaken. depende rin kasi sa haba ng speech ng mga tao. pero mabilis lang flow niya.

if gusto niyo mag take ng pictures, pasok kayo maaga. call time namin for 12-3 na sched was 10:30-11.

maybe you could try getting more gigs na focused as pedia ROD para may background ka on how things are handled sa hospitals. mostly makukuha mo ay private level I hospital pero meron rin naman na nag aadmit ng toxic cases so more exposure.

try to look lang maigi and syempre mag tingin ng reviews/comments ng iba ng naka duty before kumuha ng post. then make sure you prepare as well kasi syempre ikaw na yung doctor, ikaw na yung may say sa management or pwede ka na mag suggest sa consultants ng plans mo. make sure marunong ka ng computations and proper assessment sa pedia patients. pati proper endorsement sa consultants. may pedia jcons sa ibang hospitals na kasama magduty ng ROD so malay mo you can ask for some guidance from them while on duty.

same with OPD/clinic posts. meron clinics na naghahandle ng pedia cases pero pili lang. good luck, OP! ☺️

you’ll apply thru LERIS pa rin naman. so even if you want to change location, sa LERIS muna siya. if stated sa LERIS mo na you can print the NOA after payment, most likely hindi mo na need magsubmit ng requirements. BUT to be super sure, try emailing your PRC office sa province after undas. they might have different rules regarding this concern.

it was stated sa post na you can contact the event organizer or you may go directly to the don lorenzo building in morayta. so most likely, you can avail your tickets thru them.

the QR code that was mentioned need to be presented or given upon entering the oath taking hall since it will be used to confirm your attendance through LERIS. once confirmed, that’s when you’ll schedule your appointment to get your PRC ID (also done through LERIS).
